Our Journey

BUILT ON PRAYER, SHAPed  BY purpose

Hi, I’m Pavielle Randolph  the founder of The Gathering.

The Gathering was born from a simple burden: to create a space where people can show up as they are, encounter God, and build real community without pressure, pretenses, or unhealthy substitutes. I believe faith and wellness belong together, and that true connection doesn’t require anything outside of God.

At its heart, The Gathering is a ministry-first social hub not a church  created for everyone. We host worship and prayer experiences, faith-based wellness events, and community gatherings that make room for connection, joy, and growth. We also champion Christian creatives and entrepreneurs through our curated marketplace, because building the Kingdom includes supporting the gifts and businesses God has placed in our community.

Whether you’re joining us for a social event, coming for prayer and worship, collaborating with us through The Gathering Collective, or you simply want to host your own event in our space, my prayer is that you feel seen, supported, and invited into purpose.

Curated Events

Thoughtfully designed experiences that blend faith, wellness, and community. From worship and prayer nights to workshops and social gatherings, each event is created to help you connect, feel refreshed, and leave encouraged.

Gathering Collective

Our collaboration lane for faith-aligned creators, speakers, vendors, and community leaders. Partner with us to host meaningful events, share your gifts, and build community through experiences that inspire, uplift, and connect.

Host your event at The Gathering

Sharing Grace

A portion of every event supports local community outreach, fostering hope and connection across our city.
